1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Bitdocs IT Consulting - FZCO (“BitDocs IT Consulting", "we", "us", "our"), as well as any professional services we may provide to you. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Use of the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

4. Professional services

Any consulting, design, implementation, or support services are provided under a separate written agreement, statement of work, or proposal. These Terms apply to the relationship as a whole; specific project terms in a signed agreement take precedence where they conflict.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the website — text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

For client projects, ownership of deliverables is defined in the relevant project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, we retain rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, and general know-how, including our LayerOS agent framework.

6. Confidentiality

We treat information shared with us during enquiries and engagements as confidential and use it only for the purposes agreed. Both parties agree to protect each other’s confidential information and not disclose it to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

7. Warranties and limitations

We provide services with reasonable skill and care. However, we cannot guarantee that every AI model, integration, or software output will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every use case. You acknowledge that AI systems involve inherent uncertainty and that final business decisions remain your responsibility.

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BitDocs IT Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website or our services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.

9. Indemnification

13. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with any project-specific agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and BitDocs IT Consulting regarding the matters described here. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in effect.
